s a new day begins, the courtyard of the King's castle comes to life with activity...

The vendors prepare their stands of fish, fruit and baskets, and the commonfolk begin to shuffle in to purchase their weekly necessities...

Livestock runs about freely as do the annoying children that scream and chase one another through the crowds with miniature swords...

Just outside the castle to the east side of the moat, a large battlefield is being prepared for the "soon to start" tournament that will award the land a new King.

Hundreds of groundsmen crouch upon their hands and knees meticulously cutting each blade of grass one by one to the length specified by regulation number 221233-B in the WadAsian handbook. Bleachers are being constructed to each side of the enormous battlefield and vendors swiftly build their stands knowing that this event will bring tens of thousands of spectators from around the world.

One vendor, after completing the construction of his fine stand, places a large sign above it that read "King Kev Dolls". Strange though, that the character building this stand had a remarkable likeness to that of the legendary Kev Lord of Destruction. Some say that he is even fighting in the tournament along with the dreadful Bon Bon John the Awful.

Ah, the smell of battle hangs in the air... The excitement of the whole land...

As of midnight tonight, WadAsia will be without a King...

May the WadAsian Gods protect our great land in our time of vulnerability and help us to elect the most able and most worthy King to rule our land...

Hail WadAsia...
